This policy explains what information growmyfirm.ai collects through this website, why, and who handles it. growmyfirm.ai is a D&A Software company based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
What we collect
Contact form. Your name, firm, email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
Chat. The messages you type into the chat on this website.
Phone calls. If you call us, we see your number so we can call you back.
Free audit. The website address you enter, and the results of checking that public page.
Analytics. Page views and referring sites, counted by Plausible without cookies and without identifying you.
Technical data. Our host and security tools process IP addresses to deliver the site, block bots and limit abuse.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, book calls, and run the tools you ask for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, tax documents or financial details through this website. We don't need them, and our forms and chat aren't built to receive them.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be texted, we may send messages about your inquiry or booked call. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We don't send marketing texts without your consent.
Who processes it
We use service providers to run this website: Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (the AI model behind chat), Resend (delivering form emails to our team), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Upstash (rate limiting and caching audit results), Google PageSpeed Insights (speed checks in the audit), Plausible (analytics) and Calendly (booking calls, loaded only when you open the calendar).
Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Chat logs: no more than 30 days.
Audit results: cached for 24 hours.
Contact form messages: kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email us at the address below and a person will reply.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
